At this year’s SEMA Show, Ford has revealed an array of beefed-up bakkies, including a duo of Rangers. Here are some of pick ups from the Blue Oval brand that were showcased at SEMA 2021…

Outside Magazine Ranger Tremor

SEMADesigned in cooperation with Outsize Magazine, the Attitude Performance Outside Magazine Ranger Tremor was created “to inspire participation in the great outdoors and support adventure travel and sports”. Among other fitment, this Ranger show car is endowed with a Ford Performance front bumper, a sports exhaust system, and lighting by RIGID Industries. Enhancing its off-road capability, this model has been handed a suspension lift of 6.0-inches (152.4 mm).

According to Ford, going off the grid is “easier than ever”, thanks to the addition of a Watergen atmospheric water generation system. The latter item “pulls” potable water straight from humidity in the air. A Thule Tepui rooftop tent has also been fitted.

Thanks to Tucci Hot Rods, the model seen here sports wider wheel arches. 3D printing has been used for the fender flares, front lip, and “rally-inspired” spoiler. The latter item, Ford says, adds “significant” style to this Maverick.

Mechanical fitment includes custom-made Borla cat-back exhaust system, replete with carbon-fibre exhaust tips. The bespoke wheels are wrapped in “meaty” tyres. Inside, this Maverick features Recaro Sportster seats and racing harnesses.
