Following the release of the “S”-badged Continental GT and its drop-top sibling, the GTC, Bentley has unveiled the Mulliner model as the most dynamic and luxurious Continental GT in the British marque’s portfolio.

Mulliner

Billed as the ultimate Continental variant, the Mulliner “takes on the best of all worlds”, combining the performance and dynamism of the Speed with the comfort of the recently announced Azure. Starting with the powertrain, the 6.0-litre W12 engine powering the Mulliner produces 485 kW, an 18 kW increase over the standard W12 derivative, and 900 Nm of torque. The Crew-based luxury company says these figures allow for a 0-100 km/h sprint time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 335 km/h.

In addition, this model has been fitted with a combination of four chassis technologies to give it a new level of agility, performance and ride quality. The firm says the Mulliner’s Dynamic Ride and three-chamber active rear suspension, replete with adaptive damping, play a “key role” in the car’s balance. All-wheel steering is also present for enhanced dynamism.

Bentley says the leather-upholstered interior is defined by luxury. The centre console is trimmed in a “unique” diamond-milled technical finish. The seats feature embroidered “Mulliner” logos. The floor mats are edged with micro-piping to match the interior colour scheme.
