Remember the drag race between the BMW M3 Competition and its electric sibling, the i4 M50? (You can watch it here.) Well, the folks over at British publication carwow has once again released an exhilarating and, indeed, electrifying drag race between a pair of petrol- and battery-powered BMWs, the X7 M50i xDrive and iX xDrive50. As a reminder, the X7 M50i xDrive is endowed with a 4.4-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which produces 390 kW and 750 Nm of torque. The iX xDrive50, on the other hand, is equipped with a duo of electric motors, producing 385 kW and 765 Nm.
