Ford has whipped the covers off the Mustang Stealth Edition, with the Blue Oval brand handing the iconic pony car “even more style” and customers “a more menacing-looking fastback”.
Available with the EcoBoost-powered Mustang, the Stealth Edition appearance package distinguishes the fastback from its standard stablemates with “uniquely” blacked-out exterior appointments. Adding to this Mustang’s sinister looks, the badges are finished in black, as is the exterior mirror caps.
Further included are new clear LED taillamp covers and a performance rear wing. Ebony Black aluminium wheels, measuring 19 inches, ship as standard. The Stealth Edition is available with an array of exterior paint options, which include Atlas Blue, Carbonized Grey, Dark Matter and Shadow Black. Inside, the new and unique appointments include a matte and gloss black instrument panel badge and lighted sill plate.
“The black accents really give the car a whole new persona, sinister and sporty all at once,” Jim Owens, Mustang brand marketing manager, says. “Naturally, the package needed the right name. Stealth Edition says it all.”
