Lego has unboxed a quartet of new Speed Champion sets, giving Lego and car enthusiasts of all ages the opportunity to build their favourite motor vehicles … brick by brick. We take a look at the new models…

1970 Ferrari 512 M

Aficionados of the Prancing Horse brand and its rich motorsport racing history will adore this set. Faithful to the design of Ferrari’s 512 M endurance race car, this set comprises 291 pieces. The Lego recreation measures 4 cm in height, 15 cm long and 7 cm wide. Included in the box is a racing driver, complete with a race suit, wig and crash helmet. 

Lamborghini Countach

Comprising 262 pieces, the Countach-inspired set offers Lamborghini lovers the opportunity to explore one of the world’s most iconic supercars. Similar to the Ferrari 512 M piece, Lego’s Raging Bull recreation measures 4 cm in height, 15 cm long and 7 cm wide. This piece ships with a Lamborghini-branded Minifigure with a crash helmet, a wig and a wrench. 

Lotus Evija

Celebrating Lotus’ first all-electric hypercar, the Evija-inspired Lego set “captures the elegant simplicity and innovative design of the real-life all-electric hypercar”. Comprising 247 pieces, the finished model measures the same as the above mentioned car-inspired Lego models. Included in the box is a Minifigure, dressed in a Lotus racing suit, and a wig, racing helmet and wrench.  

Mercedes-AMG F1 W12 E Performance & Mercedes-AMG Project One

A set created for not only car and Formula 1 enthusiasts; fans of the Three-pointed Star and its Formula 1 team will enjoy building this set. Together, the Mercedes-AMG F1 W12 E Performance F1 race car and Mercedes-AMG Project One Lego replicas comprise 564 pieces. The F1-inspired model measures 4 cm in height, 7 cm wide and 19 cm long. This set ships with two Minifure racing drivers, each with a racing helmet, wig and wrench.
