The Limited Edition Triton GLX employs the Japanese company’s familiar 2.4-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, exclusively coupled with a manual transmission. The oil-burner churns out 100 kW and 324 Nm of torque. The firm claims an average fuel consumption of 8.0 L/100 km.
“The limited edition Triton GLX is a real all-rounder that can fulfil roles as a workhorse and a lifestyle vehicle thanks to a high level of standard specification that allows those looking for a premium double cab, but shopping on a budget to drive a vehicle that can handle their usage requirements while still offering them everything they will need from a double cab,” said Jeffrey Allison, General Manager of Marketing at Mitsubishi Motors South Africa.
