Remember the HySpeed “high-performance” footwear collection from McLaren Automotive and APL (Athletic Propulsion Labs)? Well, McLaren has now released a new range of luggage in collaboration with TUMI, with the British marque saying these box-fresh travel bags are “for the stylish, avid traveller”.
Fusing the British automaker’s “signature” carbon-fibre material and a host of “high-performance” fabrics and TUMI’s craftsmanship, the collection comprises an (R50 398.70) Aero International Expandable four-wheel carry-on in carbon and moulded carbon fibre with ‘Tegris’ side panels, the (R30 033.31) Velocity backpack, (R18 595.73) Torque sling bag and (R17 560.90) Quantum duffel bag. Leather detailing is also present.
