Celebrating six decades of the iconic film series 007, Moke America has whipped the wraps off the 60 Years of Bond Edition. Created in collaboration with EON Productions, Moke says this model “is a love letter to the James Bond canon”.
Arguably not as well known as the high-end vehicles piloted by the British secret agent over the years, the Moke has appeared in four films. These include You Only Live Twice (1967), Live And Let Die (1973), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) and Moonraker (1979).
The limited-edition Moke’s exterior is finished in midnight blue paintwork. The spare wheel cover features unique artwork. The interior features a ‘Mango Tree’ wooden front facia and a wood steering wheel and gear shift knob. An audio system with Bluetooth functionality, and a reverse-view camera set-up are included in the list of standard items.
This electric-powered Moke is priced at $28 975. At the current Rand-Dollar exchange rate, that amounts to R456 865.63.
