Suzuki Auto South Africa has whipped the wraps off the Vitara Brezza S-Edition, with the latest addition to the Vitara Brezza line-up sporting unique cosmetic enhancements. See pricing below…

Slotting in between the GL and GLX variants, the S-Edition is available with the option of either a manual or automatic transmission. Suzuki says this model will feature the same convenience items as the GL but will offer a host of additional styling accessories as standard.

“The Vitara Brezza is one of the pioneers in the compact SUV segment and is one of our most popular models,” said Brendon Carpenter, brand marketing manager of Suzuki Auto South Africa. “In the creation of the S-Edition, we used the feedback from our dealers and customers to develop a model that offers the luxuries of the GL model, but which has its own unique visual signature.”

The most noticeable exterior enhancement comes in the shape of a revised front grille, which ditches the bright chrome item for a patterned cubic chrome version. The dark skid plates have been replaced with Suzuki’s optional silver garnish. The latter feature is carried over to the rear of the compact SUV.

The Vitara Brezza S-Edition rides on a set of 16-inch alloy wheels, finished in silver and black. A full set of wind deflectors is included in the package.

The interior has also been handed some cosmetic upgrades. S-Edition models gain silver trim for the door sill guards. “To visually connect the exterior and interior, we have fitted stainless steel door sill guards engraved with the Vitara Brezza logo. This is a very popular accessory, and in the S-Edition it does a perfect job of linking the brightwork on the outside with the silver finishes inside the cabin,” said Carpenter.

As standard, the Vitara Brezza S-Edition ships with Suzuki’s four-year/60 000 km service plan and five-year/200 000 km warranty. Pricing for the manual model comes in at R266 900, while the automatic variant will set you back R286 900.
