Creative Conversions has introduced its latest Toyota Land Cruiser-based project, with the Australian company handing the LC300 the double-cab bakkie treatment.
According to the firm, which specialises in Land Cruiser conversions, its production, admin, sales, and marketing teams have been working around the clock to develop the double-cab LC300 since planning started in November 2021. The firm says that every area of the LC300 has been looked at.
The LC300 can be had in three conversions. All variants can be had with 700 to 800 mm wheelbase extensions to accommodate the load bed. The (braked) tow ratings also vary from 3 500 kg for the first and second conversions to 4 200 kg for the third conversion.
The Land Cruiser 300 is available with two engine options. These include a 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 petrol engine, producing 305 kW and 650 Nm of torque, and a 3.3-litre twin-turbocharged V6 diesel unit producing 227 kW and 700 Nm. Both engines are linked to a 10-speed automatic transmission, which includes low range.
